Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s cabinet proposed the move on Saturday as medical experts warned that the virus would soon overwhelm hospitals if the government did not take draconian action.

British artist Frank Reynolds was an illustrator for Punch Magazine, regularly published within its pages during World War I. He was also well known for his many illustrations in several books by Charles Dickens.
