This week, Mark shares a selection of live highlights from last weekend’s Cambridge Folk Festival – one of Europe’s outstanding celebrations of roots music.

Artists on this year’s bill include Eliza Carthy and the Restitution, Angeline Morrison and the Sorrow Songs Band and Rufus Wainwright.

From Wednesday 2 August, a dedicated two-hour programme of highlights will also be available on the BBC Sounds app.
