Here’s a clip from 1969 of Ian Anderson, who served as lead vocalist, flautist and acoustic guitarist of British rock band Jethro Tull.

Anderson’s original composition “Living in the Past” reached No. 3 in May of 1969 on the UK singles chart and No. 11 in the US.
