Gwenifer Raymond is truly a Welsh guitar great and is, sadly, nowhere near enough well-known, in her homeland. Gwenifer was born in Taffs Well, near Cardiff, leading to the title of her album, ‘Strange Lights Over Garth Mountain’, one of Uncut Magazine’s top 50 albums of 2020.

She regularly tours the world, playing her self-penned, ‘American Primitive’ compositions on her cherished and much sought after, Waterloo guitar. By day, Gwen is a game designer/ astro-physicist, by night, she is a truly extraordinary musician and composer.
